We cater for a range of standards and levels of participation.
Members enter a variety of races: road; cross-country; trail; relays.
Training lasts for about an hour or so on Tuesday & Thursday (Club Night) evenings - mostly off-road including:
Runs of 5 to 8 miles - with "run-backs" to encourage slower runners (Club Nights - see Safety & Etiquette)
Shorter intervals, speed training and hill sessions, at your own pace. (Tuesday Sessions)
Monthly handicap race. (Club Night) Pbs: (Winter; Summer); Routes:- Winter Route - Summer Route
Away-days throughout the summer months at a variety of locations in Berkshire & Oxfordshire.
Long runs also arranged periodically at weekends.
The emphasis is on enjoyment and personal achievement in a sociable group.

We often adjourn to a local pub for post-run warm-down on club nights (Thursdays).
