CLUB TRAINING SESSIONS BACK ON: (Published 4th August 2020)
Our regular sessions have tentatively restarted after a few trial sessions and as numbers gradually increase, looking for a return to ‘normality’ (whatever that may be), everyone must still be aware of the need to continue following social distancing advice … which has been sensibly observed by all to date. Please continue to exercise for both your physical and mental health over the coming weeks. Members who meet up during exercise should take extra care to avoid injury and ensure social distancing requirements are met for their own and others’ safety.

Let’s hope it's not too long before we all meet up again and the virus has been defeated!
