We cater for a range of standards and levels of participation. Members enter a variety of races: road; cross-country; trail; relays.


Training lasts for about an hour or so on Tuesday & Thursday (Club Night) evenings - mostly off-road including:



Training details are emailed weekly to members and added to our Events Calendar, Facebook and Twitter
